I'm a molecular biologist working in the pharmaceutical industry, but my true passion lies in helping women in peri-menopause reclaim their strength and confidence through fitness and nutrition. As a Precision Nutrition-certified coach, as well as a Zumba and Strong Nation fitness instructor, I bring both science and movement together to guide women on their journey toward health and vitality.
I live in North Florida with my family and love the warm, sunny weather that lets me stay active year-round. I also have a college-age daughter who inspires me every day with her curiosity and drive.
I understand the unique challenges that come with peri-menopause because I’ve been there. My approach combines evidence-based nutrition guidance, empowering workouts, and compassionate support to help women feel their best.
